All our team members are advanced level singers and multi-instrumentalists.
We value a very high level of vocal and instrumental proficiency.
They are HCPC registered, members of the British Association of Music Therapists, have enhanced DBS certificates, ICO registration, safeguarding level 3 (children and adults),
GDPR and Prevent training.

Our therapists have monthly in-house training and supervision as well as their own independent supervisors.

Serenna Wagner
Director

Senior Neurologic Music Therapist
Serenna is an experienced therapist, professional singer and multi instrumentalist. She has worked with a diverse caseload of both adults and children for many years and is deeply passionated about the power of music therapy to transform lives. She has recently begun to specialise in helping clients who have had a brain injury to recover with a special emphasis on rehabilitating speech. Serenna's PhD research at the Cambridge Institute of Music Therapists is dedicated to devising and testing her innovative methodology that integrates speech and language therapy with neurologic music therapy and classical singing techniques.

Saphia has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector. With seven years under her belt as a Music Therapist working in schools, care homes and family homes, Saphia fell in love with the fulfilling nature of healthcare work. During her time as a Music Therapist, Saphia supported children, young people and adults with dementia, brain injuries, learning disabilities and in adoption situations. After the pandemic, Saphia decided to deversify and channel her love of administrative work alongside her role as a Music Therapist and excels at keeping us super-organised at TIV.

Hannah James
HCPC Registered Music Therapist
Hannah James has had extensive clinical experience supporting adults and children with complex emotional, neurological, and physical needs. She has worked in hospice care - supporting individuals facing end-of-life experiences and their families - as well as in private practice where she delivers personalised music therapy for children with ADHD, autism, cerebral palsy, and global developmental delay. A vocal specialist and multi-instrumentalise. Hannah has a particular interest in neurorehabilitation and works with adults following brain trauma to support speech, emotional expression, and cognitive recovery using rhythm, song, and structured improvisation. Her approach is person-centred, emotionally attuned, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Eunice Yung
Eunice has extensive international experience in both clinical and educational settings. She specialises in music therapy for clients with brain injury, dementia, mental health conditions, and developmental delays, with hands-on experience across the UK, US, and Hong Kong. Eunice brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach rooted in neurologic music therapy, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her musical expertise includes voice, clarinet, violin, piano, and guitar, allowing her to adapt sensitively to each client’s needs. She is able to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive therapy that complements multidisciplinary care and supports meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Lauren Hollis-Hill
HCPC Registered Music Therapist
Lauren is a passionate, highly skilled and versatile music therapist and musician with expertise in vocal performance, cello, piano, organ, guitar, ukelele and viola da gamba. Lauren has worked with a diverse caseload, including those with SEN, learning difficulties, and mental health needs. She brings a wealth of experience to bear, having also worked as a teacher, carer and she continues to enjoy her work as a professional performer. She is a member of the Independent Society of Musicians.
